Divine Light Yoga Program Teacher Training brings his characteristic Vancouver in Canada, which are particularly focused on understanding of yoga and creativity. The courses are specially designed to increase Creative Sources awareness of each student. Divine Light Yoga Teacher Training Program is 200 hours and 500 hours of intensive training program starts in batches and February 19, 2009. 1.HATHA Yoga prepares us through Kriya (cleansing techniques), asanas (physical postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques), for more practice of yoga.
2.KUNDALINI YOGA: Shakti is active and creative force in the universe. This is the life force that binds all creation. This is the life force which is responsible for our existence and is also known as the Kundalini.
3.MANTRA YOGA: A mantra is a combination of syllables or words that correspond to a vibration energy in particular. The fundamental technique is japa, or mental repetition of the mantra to invoke this power in us themselves. If done with concentration and purity intent is a form of prayer that purifies and elevates our vibrations. It brings a sense of peace and tranquility, which are essential to meet the divine within.
4.JNANA YOGA: This is the path of knowledge. By spiritual knowledge, we can discern good from evil, so we can make the right decisions and avoid accumulating bad karma (the law of cause and effect). We use the spiritual knowledge to get rid our bad qualities and replace with good qualities. Most of our suffering is due to the darkness of ignorance and suffering can be removed only by the light of knowledge.
5.KARMA Yoga: The path of selfless service. The selfless service is the heart of our Higher Self and is the source of true peace and happiness. We express our love for God by serving all its creations. This yoga is the key to making the operation a commonplace of divine path, contributing real good people.
6.BHAKTI Yoga: Bhakti is the focus of intense pure love, devotion to God, and adherence to Him alone. God must be regarded as the father of the worshiper, teacher, friend, son, husband or friend, each representing a successful development of the relationship of love.
7.RAJA Yoga (Ashtanga Yoga): A practical and systematic, as codified by the sage Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras somewhere around 200 BC It is also known as the eightfold path, because it consists of eight Angas or limbs.
