First signs Chakra imbalance:
People with root chakra in constant fear for their own survival. The isolation, abandonment and mistrust of others are common sentiments. These emotions often reduce the ability of individuals to ensure that the needs of basic necessities such as satisfaction work, a couple, a house and friends. This person may be obsessed with material wealth, they feel that it is never enough and always seeking more. Other symptoms include:
- Emotional or mental problems: fear, anxiety, insecurity, vulnerability, worry, sadness, depression, self-centeredness, disconnection, numbness, mistrust, low self-esteem, greed
- Physics Issues: pain in lower back, sciatica, obesity, anorexia, constipation, hemorrhoids, prostate problems varicose veins, veins
- Common food addiction, alcohol, sex
Root Chakra Healing: When the first chakra is balanced, the essential connection to life is strong and sustained. Our foundation is secure. We feel safe, grounded, alive and peaceful. A strong sense of ownership prevails, we can form bonds with others and trust them.
Try the root chakra healing exercise: Sit on the floor, preferably outdoors in a natural environment. Visualize your spine extends downward deep into the soil. Now imagine a tree nearby. Photo of the spine growth of roots, which intertwine with the roots of the tree. Once you have cemented this view, begin to focus on energy mental hardship. Just recognize without trial or be taken to their internal dialogue. Channeling that energy in the back, where it dissipates into soil. Also, imagine that you can get positive energy from the roots of trees, a copy of the security in your spine and body.
Other root chakra healing:
- Any physical activity (yoga, walking, hiking, running, cycling);
- Communing with nature for a while in a park or garden;
- Thrill-seeking activities such as park rides, parachuting, bungee jumping, etc. (with appropriate security measures in place);
- Hold or wear red precious stones like garnet, ruby, tourmaline.Â
